The Primary Responsibilities of the role are:

  • Assist in the management and development of a diverse portfolio of Residential Properties.
  • Market rental vacancies.
  • Tenant screening and approval.
  • Create and enforce lease agreements.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Manage tenant complaints and issues.
  • Organize maintenance on rental properties and manage preventative maintenance programs.
  • Receive maintenance requests and dispatch work orders.
  • Follow up with trades to ensure timely completion on repairs.
  • Work with owners to obtain approvals on required maintenance.
  • Ensure new properties are ready for move-in once tenanted.
  • After hours emergency call rotation.

Skills/traits we are looking for are:

  • A high natural level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and nurture good working relationships with co-workers, tenants, trades, and property owners.
  • Ability to problem solve and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Thrive in a fast paced, team environment.


  • Currently licensed for Property Management under BCFSA
  • Class 5 driver’s license with safe driving history
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.


– Compensation will be based on candidates experience.

– Benefit plan and vehicle allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
