This well-appointed residence includes a common area with 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, dining room and laundry in addition to the private rental units. Lower units have both an exterior and interior entrance into the unit. Laundry is free (not coin-op). All utilities and Wi-Fi included.

Sorry NO Pets.  Maximum of 1 occupant per unit.

All units are fully equipped with a single bed and mattress, bar fridge, microwave, desk and chair, and individually controlled heating.
